Hyper-Reach

Boyd County has switched to Hyper-Reach for public warnings and alerts. You can sign up for this free service through Boyd County Hyper-Reach Public Enrollment website. (Inscripción en español) 

When submitting your information for enrollment, please be sure to put your complete physical address. Please do not use a P.O. Box, as your address is used to send you alerts that affect your area only, such as Boil Water Advisories. You may enroll by clicking the link above, or by calling or texting "Alert" to 606-254-1454.

Residents can get emergency alerts via their Alexa-enabled smart speakers just by saying “Alexa, enable Hyper-Reach” and following the Alexa-provided instructions.

Residents can also download the Hyper-Reach Anywhere app on their smartphones.  Hyper-Reach Anywhere is a free smartphone app that allows individual residents to manage and monitor the alerts they receive, both for their home, office, and other addresses they care about, such as those of elderly relatives or friends.
