The roles and responsibilities of the FEMA Coordinator include but are not limited to overseeing FEMA housing buy-outs and disaster related infrastructure damage. Also, the Flood Plain Administrator's roles include but are not limited to issuing flood plain permits and verifying flood plain zoning.
